Indo-German Healthcare Congress 2025, 17-19 July 2025, Berlin
The Indo-German Healthcare Congress (IGHC) 2025 was successfully hosted in Berlin from 17–19 July 2025, convening healthcare leaders, researchers, civil society, and policy stakeholders from India and Germany. Co-hosted with institutional partners, the Congress served as a high-level platform for dialogue on skilled migration, digital health innovation, and integrative healthcare models that blend traditional medicine with modern science.
Beginning with an inaugural session at the Embassy of India, Berlin, the Congress featured keynote discussions on structured migration pathways, ethical workforce development, and the role of bilateral collaboration in strengthening healthcare systems. Subsequent sessions at Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin examined topics including AI in diagnostics, digitalisation of hospitals, pandemic intelligence, precision medicine for women’s health, and the resurgence of Ayurveda in global discourse.
More than a gathering of experts, IGHC 2025 translated shared intent into actionable opportunities—connecting universities, hospitals, industry leaders, and young professionals committed to advancing Indo-German cooperation. The Congress also facilitated exposure visits, MoU exchanges, fellowship development, and networking sessions that highlighted pathways for applied research, innovation, and capacity building.
IGHC 2025 demonstrated the importance of trust-based collaboration and cross-border knowledge exchange in shaping resilient, ethical, and future-ready health systems that respond to emerging global challenges.
